Contact PixelAndPDF

PixelAndPDF is a small, independently run project. There is no support ticket system and no chatbot — email reaches a person who works on the site.

We aim to reply within a few working days. Please include the page URL where it is relevant.

What to write about

Something is broken
Tell us the tool, the browser and, if you can, the kind of file you used. Most bugs are format-specific and that detail is usually enough to reproduce it.
You need a tool that isn't here
Describe the task you were trying to finish rather than the tool you imagined. Requests that explain the underlying job get built first.
Privacy or data questions
Requests about personal data, including access and deletion under GDPR or CCPA, are handled at this address. Note that we hold no files and no accounts.
Copyright and takedowns
If you believe something published here infringes your rights, send the URL and a description of the material and we will respond promptly.
Advertising and partnerships
Questions about the ads shown on this site, or about sponsorship, are welcome. We do not publish paid links inside tool content.

What we cannot help with

We cannot recover a file you have already closed, because nothing you open in a tool is ever sent to us or stored anywhere. Everything happens inside your own browser tab and is gone when that tab is. If a conversion went wrong, run it again from the original file.

We also cannot reset a government portal password, approve a delayed sarkari application or intervene with third-party services. For those, use the official helpline on the portal itself. We can only help with PixelAndPDF pages, tools and published guides.

Before you email about a bug

Useful bug reports include the tool name, the browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) and the operating system, what you expected, and what happened instead. If the problem involves a specific file, note its format and approximate size — for example “12 MB scanned PDF” or “HEIC from iPhone 15” — without attaching the file itself unless we explicitly ask. Most issues are format-specific and that detail is usually enough to reproduce them.

Response times and language

We read every message and aim to reply within a few working days. Complex tool requests may take longer while we scope the work. English is the language we can respond in reliably; you may write in another language and we will do our best, but replies may be in English.

We do not offer phone support or live chat. Email keeps a written record, which helps when a bug needs several rounds to pin down. Please do not send sensitive identity documents as attachments — describe the problem instead.

Press, linking and attribution

Journalists and bloggers may link to any public page without asking first. If you need a quote about how the tools work or our privacy model, email with your deadline and outlet. We do not pay for links, publish guest posts for SEO, or exchange links for placement inside tool instructions.
